F.A.Q.

LIS10ing to your needs.

What is LIS10?

The LIS stands for Live Interactive Storytelling, which represent the core tenets at the heart of creative collaboration.
The 10 stands for the ten levels of curriculum being developed to guide, and provide tools, for your own LIS project.

LIS10 is pronounced as “listen”, not with the tone of a command, but as an invitation and reminder of its central value to any collaborative project.

How is LIS10 different from a TTRPG?

It isn’t! A TTRPG is a type of LIS10.

LIS10 is simply a more broad term that applies to TTRPGs in addition to other forms of Live Interactive Storytelling, including Live-Play Variety Programs, Writer’s Room Challenges for Screen, Early Development Game Design, Immersion Education Programs, Corporate Scenario Simulations, and even a bespoke Murder Mystery Birthday Dinner.

The term LIS10 is chosen over TTRPG to providing a more welcoming starting-point for individuals, and companies, unfamiliar or uninterested with what that label represents.
